Based on the decision of the Ministry of Development and Technology, reference number DNP-1.491.2.2025 of 16 January, 2025, duration of a temporary forced management over the entity Boerner Service Sp. z o.o. for the purpose of disposing of the financial resources, funds, and economic resources held by this entity, was extended for a period of 24 months.

The decision is subject to immediate execution and will be made available in the Public Information Bulletin on the website of the Minister of Development and Technology.
