On November 16, 2023, at our Wykroty factory, an informational meeting was held with the Boerner Insulation staff. The meeting was attended by a wide range of our employees, both administrative and shift workers, with the aim of familiarizing them with the current situation in the company.

The meeting began with an address from the Plant Director, who presented key information and updates about the company’s status.

Subsequently, the Court-appointed Administrator provided employees with details about the asset sale process, its status, and the stages that lie ahead. He also emphasized our goals, which include preserving business continuity and jobs.

Towards the end of the meeting, numerous questions were raised by the employees, which were understandable given the unusual situation the company currently finds itself in. The Administrator addressed all of them, including those related to the actions he has taken since assuming control of the company as part of the court-appointed management.
